Requisitos: estudiante del 3er año de la carrera de licenciatura o ingeniería en alimentos, con conocimiento en BPM y POES.

Responsabilidades

Supervisar y monitorear los procesos de producción para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de calidad y seguridad alimentaria establecidas. - Realizar auditorías e inspecciones regulares en las áreas de producción y almacenamiento para identificar y corregir posibles problemas de calidad. - Diseñar e implementar programas de control de calidad para garantizar la entrega de productos seguros y de alta calidad a nuestros clientes. - Colaborar estrechamente con el departamento de compras para asegurar la selección y adquisición de ingredientes y materiales de calidad. - Proporcionar orientación y capacitación al personal sobre las prácticas correctas de manipulación y almacenamiento de alimentos. - - Mantener registros actualizados de todas las actividades de control de calidad y preparar informes periódicos para la gerencia.
