BAT ARGENTINA IS LOOKING FOR A BRAND SR. ANALYST

SENIORITY LEVEL: Non-managerial
FUNCTION: Marketing
SALARY RANGE: Competitive Salary + Excellent benefits + Market leading bonus
LOCATION: Martinez, Buenos Aires Argentina

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES


Responsible for the activities related with brands campaign plan according to marketing cycle objectives. Drive the development ensuring that the Brands are well customized guaranteeing the adequate used of touchpoints through completed guidelines for activity implementation.

Reports to: Brand Developer Manager

Reporting Level: No direct

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?


  • Do you have experience in FMCG or multi-categories industries?
  • Do you have experience in Brands departments into Marketing?

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR


  • Deployment of Brands activities (campaign plan) according to route to market objectives.
  • Ensure the deployment of the strategy of the activities.
  • Deployment of tactical consumer activities kit.
  • Ensure materials availability for activities on time in full for activity deployment.
  • Ensure timings follow up and ensure excellent budget execution.
  • Manage the brand budget and support in defining the brand strategy.
  • Understanding the consumer, analysing KPIs and identifying market opportunities
  • Manage brand communication and ensure its implementation.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing - business administration – Commercial or Industrial Engineering (concluded or in progress)
  • Verifiable experience 5 years in Marketing
  • Good Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Intermediate - Sophisticated level of English.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel level.
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive, multitasking, and analytic person.


BENEFICIAL


  • SAP knowledge is a Plus.
  • Power BI knowledge desirable.
