Senior Integrations Specialist

The Senior Integration Specialist is responsible for developing strategic procedures, improving processes for the entire team to become more efficient, building documentation for the Integrations team.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:

• Maintain a strong working knowledge of all aspects of Virgin Pulse programs.
• Work with Project Management and Client Success teams to implement new clients onto the Virgin Pulse platform.
• Collaborate with configuration and DSR teams to understand configuration and reporting needs that impact eligibility requirements.
• Act as subject matter expert in data interchange meetings with clients/vendors that may include requirements review, mapping overview, data analysis of issues and/or testing statuses.
• Create and maintain requirement documentation that describes mapping and process specifications for inbound files.
• Build file mappings to match agreed upon requirements, which may include creating if/then logic.
• Process and analyze client/vendor files coming in to Virgin Pulse.
• Engage in detailed analysis of data discrepancies to determine the source and resolution of errors.
• Respond to and resolves routine requests and questions.
• Continually improve processes to become more efficient.
• Perform special projects as requested.
• Manage and monitor distribution of integration case workload amongst team members to ensure on-time and accurate completion of deliverables.
• Reviews client inquiries and researches responses to issues while identifying when an item must be escalated to the appropriate department and Director’s attention.
• Support team with technical and operational aspects of data integration as needed to meet project deadlines and client commitments.

• Bachelors degree in Business/Statistics/Information Science, or equivalent, in related discipline.
• 2-4 years of professional work experience in data management, information systems, data analytics.
• Strong technical aptitude

• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Required to work cross functionally with co-workers and with external channel partners.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A high level of professionalism and positive work behavior.
• Willingness to learn new tools that manipulate, analyze and visualize data.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
