Trade Marketing Coordinator Canal Moderno

Design and implement trade marketing strategies for the Modern channel (Self-service stores, Pharmacies), aligned with the objectives of the UENs, based on a deep knowledge of the trade and the shopper that guarantees and maximizes the fulfillment of the business objectives and the trade team at a national level, managing an excellent execution.

• Develop the assigned channels, the AASS and Shopper chains, to detect opportunities, carry out tactical actions that will allow us to guarantee the fulfillment of the objectives and provide relevant information to the UENs, for decision making.

• Develop and manage the implementation of the tactical PDV execution plan, based on the Sales Fundamentals (assortment, merchandising, POP, price, visibility, PDV space).

• Develop and lead the trade MKT strategy for assigned channels, customers and consumers, aligning the target portfolio, pricing, promotions with the UENs, to win at the PDV.

• Coordinate efficient routing of the trade MKT team in assigned channels to ensure seamless execution at PDV considering efficient use of assigned resources.

• Plan, execute and control Trade MKT tactical and promotional actions on a monthly basis with the regional teams for the assigned channels according to the strategic priorities of the UENs considering the budget allocated for each brand/activity.

• Develop analytical and information management capabilities of the team as a competitive advantage and as a support to any action proposal in the assigned channels.

• Manage the annual commercial plans of the main customers (chains) considering the objectives of the UENs and the assigned budget.

• Coordinate trade marketing actions at national level with the distributor specialized in the Pharmacies channel (chains and FFII) and with their regional teams for implementation.

• Define management KPIs for the administration team.

• Definition and follow-up of trade marketing (A&P) budget for all brands for assigned channels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or in a related technical field.
