We are currently looking for Partner Development Representative to work with us in a global project with one of our most important client.

Key Responsibilities:
- Documents, organizes, and follows up on all components required of the program, including contracts, credits, headcount, staffing, approvals in process, meeting action items, etc.
- Drives planning and execution of projects in partnership with the Program Managers across all regions and answers inquiries about the program
- Identifies and oversees program risks and issues and proposes mitigation strategies
- Drives tracking and analysis of KPIs, implements continuous improvement practices and oversees complex business analyses to support data-driven results
- Supports reporting activities that promote cross-functional collaboration between PDR team and internal stakeholders. Monitor, track and review MBRs. Report findings and escalations from the review.
- Drives engagement with external vendors and internal stakeholders - build and maintain vendor relationships, leads calls and cadence meetings and also contract reviews
- Overseas change management activities and communications including driving adoption and business engagement as the program evolves overtime
- Leads the credit disbursement and management process, which requires extreme attention to detail.
- Leads the development of compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables that will be shared at leadership level.
- Owns logistics for managing the program and serves as a key point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders
Necessary skills and experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced English level is a MUST.
- +5 years of project management or experience in GTM Strategy, Sales Planning Strategy, Sales Operations, Business Development, or other related fields
- 2+ years of working in partner environment.
- Experience of working with Vendors ecosystem - contract review, relationship management, delegation and follow ups of duties, leading cadence and governance calls
- Willing to work across time zones, including evening calls as needed (typically once per week but may fluctuate with business needs)
