YOUR TALENT
  • Graduado de la carrera de Abogacía.
  • 2-3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
  • Nivel de ingles avanzado.
  • Relaciones colaborativas, establecimiento de prioridades y orientación a la solución.
YOUR MISSION
  • Asesorar jurídicamente a todas las áreas de la compañía y analizar las diferentes normativas legales. Mitigar futuras contingencias con diferentes organismos estatales para cumplir correctamente con las diferentes normativas legales.
  • Gestionar Poderes y Revocaciones de Poderes de la Sociedad.
  • Redactar y revisar cartas ofertas, acuerdos comerciales, contratos de prestación de servicios, locación de inmuebles, entre otros. Redactar cartas documento y documentos legales en general para mitigar posibles contingencias con Proveedores, Clientes, etc. de la compañía.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de reclamos judiciales y/o extrajudiciales para obtener resultados favorables en los diferentes reclamos. Monitorear y llevar adelante las pericias contables en juicios laborales.
  • Asistir a las áreas de la compañía en lo referente a habilitaciones comerciales.
  • Asistir en asuntos de Derecho del Consumidor. Redactar Bases y Condiciones de Promociones y documentos legales en general para mitigar posibles contingencias con consumidores de la compañía.
  • Responsable de mantener en orden y actualizado el archivo de toda la documentación legal de la compañía, tanto en físico como en digital. Gestionar las firmas de los documentos legales.
