Be part of the Global New Joiner Experience Delivery Team to ensure successful end-to-end delivery in the MUs of the NJX experience aligned with our Global Onboarding Team, and MU Onboarding Activators (HR) collaborating and leading the end-to-end Learning Delivery activities associated with New Joiner Experience (NJX).

In this role you will communicate frequently with NJX project leads, recruiters, and Global Onboarding HR Partners, and interface with delivery leadership daily.

People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in the Welcome Kits process for different countries around the world with main focus in the budget, creation and tracking the PRs/POs (purchase requirements/orders), and reply any queries related to the process.

• Partner with different teams around the world helping them with each Market Unit need and providing relevant data to allows them to have better insights.

• Collect data from different sources, analyze them and be able to create PowerPoint presentations with the findings.

• Manage the Global New Joiners Experience shared mailbox having an overview of all topics related to the current projects, and reply all the queries that new joiners & stakeholders could have.

• Collaborate in future projects that require innovation & analysis skills in a global and intercultural team.

• Maintain all the files & documentation that the team utilizes in the weekly basis.

Other Responsibilities include:

• Contribute to the overall leadership and vitality of the Delivery organization.

• Foster use of best practices and encourage Delivery team innovations.

• Liaison with other teams outside of Delivery as needed.

Skills:

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or above).

• Experience working on large scale projects, continuous changing environments and multicultural companies.

• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.

• Detail oriented.

• Proactive and team player.

• MS Excel: upper-intermediate.

• MS PPT: upper-intermediate.
