Descripción del Puesto: El Business Development Manager (BDM) IBM Storage será responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias para promover las soluciones de almacenamiento de IBM. Este rol requerirá una fuerte orientación comercial, así como un profundo conocimiento técnico de las soluciones de almacenamiento. Responsabilidades:
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de negocio para impulsar el crecimiento de las soluciones de almacenamiento de IBM.
  • Gestionar y fortalecer relaciones con partners y clientes clave.
  • Identificar y reclutar nuevos partners de IBM Storage.
  • Activar y dar soporte a los partners existentes para maximizar las oportunidades de negocio.
  • Generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Colaborar con equipos internos y externos para alinear las estrategias de negocio y técnicas.
  • Realizar presentaciones y demostraciones técnicas de productos a clientes y partners.
  • Monitorear y reportar el rendimiento del negocio, incluyendo métricas clave y objetivos de ingresos.
Requisitos:
  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Informática, Negocios o un campo relacionado.
  • Minimo 3 y Maximo 5 años de de experiencia en roles similares, preferentemente en el sector de soluciones de almacenamiento.
  • Conocimiento profundo de las soluciones de almacenamiento de IBM.
  • Experiencia en roles de desarrollo de negocio y gestión de relaciones comerciales.
  • Habilidades comerciales sólidas y capacidad para interactuar con diversos stakeholders.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar según sea necesario.
