The Project Management Manager will be responsible for developing the technical and commercial strategies and strategic objectives in relation to the market requirements and the overall strategy of the organization!

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Elaboration of the Strategic Planning that serves as a guide and parameter, especially for sales, development of offers and execution of projects.

• Maintain strategic relationships with clients and contribute to the development of new potential users of the services.

• Be responsible for the economic/financial results of the division, and the implementation of the necessary measures to meet the objectives in this regard in each fiscal year. Coordinate operational costs, providing periodic monitoring and performing mitigation measures to promote continuous improvement.

• Responsibility for the supervision of bids, negotiation phases, as well as bid submission and commercial/legal closing until contract signature.

• Ensure sufficient resources (including infrastructure).

• Efficiently lead the sectors resources, both those corresponding to field and back-office activities. And coordinate COC AR operations with various support and centralized areas.

• To nominate the Project Manager and Commercial Project Manager, at the latest until milestone PM070.

• Promote and establish the guidelines for the training and growth process of the team, keeping updated the proficiency matrix for both technical aspects and soft skills development.

• Ensure the implementation and deep knowledge of the defined processes, promoting continuous improvement.

• Communicate and implement the guidelines of the company globally, as well as those of the business unit itself.

• Ensure compliance and continuous improvement in all matters related to EHS and Quality.

What You Bring

• Professionals with a degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Professional experience in project management, sales, or contract management.

• Experience in the field of rotating equipment maintenance (desirable).

• Validated experience in similar positions, not less than 10 years.

• In-depth knowledge of relevant on-site, sales, project and back-office processes, standards, and requirements, with ability and willingness to challenge status Quo and apply the best solutions in a diverse and multinational professional environment.

• Strong communication skills and proactive goal of visibility and collaboration with external and internal partners. Existing networks with relevant partner organizations (SE Field Service, Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Factory and SE Operations) will be a benefit.

• Proven track record of proactively building and handling excellent long-term relationships with customers and subcontractors.

• Consistent track record in organizing and implementing capability improvement measures, training, and organizational development projects.

• Proactive approach, up-to-date technical knowledge, consistent record in the successful implementation of HSE and service quality and HSE related organizational and people motivation and development.

• Fluent English - written and oral is a necessary requirement.

• Extraordinary teammate with the ability to work, communicate optimally, visibly, and respectfully and solve problems under pressure in a sophisticated environment, collaborating with international and culturally complementary teams.
