YOUR TALENT
  • Estudiante avanzado o graduado en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras fines.
  • 1-2 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
  • Ingles nivel intermedio.
  • Manejo de Excel avanzado
  • Relaciones colaborativas y marcada orientación a resultados.
  • Establecimiento de prioridades, comunicación transparente y capacidad de análisis.
YOUR MISSION
  • Ejecutar la realización del inventario físico en tienda de forma aleatoria, identificando que la bodega se encuentre ordenada y que los productos se encuentren debidamente identificados (fallas, sin etiquetas, impares, devoluciones, etc.).
  • Analizar sistemática y físicamente los movimientos de inventario como: recepción, traspasos, devoluciones de productos, etc.
  • Realizar arqueos de caja chica en tiendas.
  • Realizar semanalmente informes con las incidencias levantadas en tienda, de acuerdo con las investigaciones y análisis realizados.
  • Realizar que la revisión de la documentación laboral en tienda (contratos, anexos, papeletas de vacaciones, etc.) se encuentre ordenada, archivada y firmada.
  • Ejecutar la verificación el cumplimiento de los protocolos de seguridad.
  • Analizar el proceso y procedimiento de cambio y devoluciones de productos en tiendas.
  • Realizar capacitaciones referentes a los procesos del área.
  • Realizar la verificación en terreno de la implementación de los procedimientos operativos de tiendas.
  • Apoyar el desarrollo, implementación y mantenimiento del Manual de Políticas y Procedimientos.
