Coordination of Payables Process for Italy and Spain, having under its scope the teams of vendor enablement & setup and electronic processing....

  • Coordination of Payables Process for Italy and Spain, having under its scope the teams of vendor enablement & setup and electronic processing
  • Give support to the initiatives of the team
  • Weekly/monthly stakeholders meetings,
  • Overall operational activities: follow up of payments, reporting, metrics
  • Manage relationship between Payables Teams and internal clients
  • Management of the different systems: LGI, Fieldglass, IQN, TSM, SHUB
  • Process flow analysis and daily task assignment
  • Team meetings and presentations
  • Team members trainings and evaluations
  • Ad Hoc reporting and reconciliations#LI-LATAM

Qualifications:

  • Accounting knowledge.
  • Advance English (written and spoken)
  • Portuguese & Italian: Nice to Have.
