Main Purpose

Your mission will be to comprehensively define and manage brand plans to ensure their growth, working together with local and regional teams.

    Key brands: Empecid, Empecid Gyno, Bepanthol, Rennie & Alka Seltzer, among others.


    Your mission will be to

    • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
    • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
    • Develop the brand plan with innovative growth strategies and clear executions.
    • Adapt and deploys brand´s strategies, according to local competitive context and portfolio characteristics for every country.
    • Lead innovation projects (product launches, product updates, and line extensions) to drive the growth of the categories, managing the initiatives in conjunction with the Group Brand Manager and regional teams.
    • Develop direct to consumer (DTC) communication, creating successful and insightful stimulus, according to brand´s necessities and general strategy.
    • Generate annual media plan, through coordination of a central media agency, monitoring optimal mix & investment allocation.
    • Define the pricing architecture strategy considering the competitive environment, product positioning and attributes, and the profitability objectives.
    • Determine the sales volume of the brands, together with the optimal investment to guarantee the achievement of the objectives.
    • Execute plans effectively to ensure that top-line sales goals and bottom-line profit goals are met.
    • Lead the brands teams, to promote the joint work of the different areas (trade - sales - medical - RRAA) and to ensure an execution aligned to the main strategy.

    Unlock your potencial

    • Degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in Marketing as Brand Manager (requested) in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or mass consumption industries (preferably in dermatology category).
    • Fluent English (spoken and written).
    • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
    • Data-driven thinking and results oriented.
    • Strong organization skills and ability to successfully manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously.
    • Experience in media management and product launching will be valued.
    • Must show and encourage respect for diversity.
