The Supervisor de Call Center - equipos de IT will be tasked with ensuring customer projects, meet required timelines and milestones, to ensure customer success. In this role, you will anticipate resourcing bottlenecks and balance the project needs versus technical constraints.
Providing guidance around facilitating knowledge, and expertise applying Agile processes to achieve project and customer goals. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and optimize the staffing performance
- Lead daily, weekly and monthly meetings with key stakeholders and team members
- Maintain good relations with existing customers, act as a point of contact to the customers ensuring projects meet required timelines and milestone
- Identify stakeholder expectations, conduct meetings, request feedback, and review processes to understand customer/project needs
- Engage regularly with the management group to proactively improve resourcing processes
- Fluency in English C1-Advanced (Must have)
