JOB DESCRIPTION

SAP Application Support responsibilities include: daily administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning of all SAP-related environments as it pertains to this position. Resolving any issues for the LOB that are crucial to the daily operations of the firm. Working collaboratively in teams on a wide range of projects based on your primary area of focus: While leveraging your skills to fix & maintain application issues as they arise, youll also gain exposure to testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement, in addition to production lifecycle methodologies and risk guidelines.

Finally, youll also have the opportunity to develop professionally and to grow your career at JPMC.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • The willingness to learn the SAP system specifically focused on SAP R3 and S4 system.
  • Must have a strong understanding of both Control M and Autosys scheduling tools
  • Good understanding of the UNIX/AIX/LINEX system
  • Experience with SAP G/L, Finapps(AP,AR, and FA), and Cost Accounting
  • Knowledge of SAP RISE a plus
  • Understanding of ABAP Programing is a plus
  • Incident and change management experience required
  • Understanding of Cloud Computing is a plus
  • Excellent customer facing and communication skills
  • Applicant must have strong English written and oral communication skills to effectively execute responsibilities as part of a highly skilled dynamic SAP Support Team
  • Strong team and interpersonal skills
  • Applicant will exhibit strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills to operate either within a team or independently
  • Understanding of Accounting principles
  • Rotational evening and weekend coverage required
