Health Representative Propósito Interactuar con profesionales de la salud, a través de mensajes promocionales basados en la ciencia. Deberá utilizar las herramientas disponibles para crear una mejor experiencia para el cliente, tanto de manera presencial como virtual. Internamente tendrá interacción con Health Representative Manager, Consultor de Soluciones en Salud y con diferentes roles del área comercial. Responsabilidades:
  • Manejo estratégico de fichero: planificación de visitas, análisis y segmentación de perfil prescriptivo del médico. Contacto con médicos referentes.
  • Conocimiento de principales farmacias de la zona para asegurar correcta disponibilidad de producto en puntos de venta.
  • Tener un adecuado conocimiento sobre la patología, el producto y sus competidores, para obtener información estratégica que nos facilite el feedback con el médico.
  • Organizar actividades de capacitación médica para médicos de la zona (mesas redondas, ateneos, etc).
Requisitos:
  • Matricula de APM
  • Habilidades interpersonales
  • Conocimiento de las preferencias de contenido y canales de comunicación del cliente.
  • Perfil comercial con foco en el cliente.
  • Manejo de herramientas informáticas (Office-Outlook)
