Dar soporte a equipo de Recruiting del cliente, poniendo especial foco en el hunting de candidatos.
Participar junto a las Talent Acquisition Leads y Hiring Managers en los Role Profilings y reuniones de seguimiento con el fin de generar devoluciones e identificaciones de mejora en el Search o transmitir dificultadas encontradas en el mercado.
Hacer seguimiento de las diferentes instancias en los procesos de selección, registrando la información relevada e instancias en los sistemas de gestión de Accenture y del cliente con el fin de generar Insights de la gestión del equipo y trackear históricos de los candidatos contactados.
Identificar mejoras al proceso de Hunting generando cada día una mayor escalabilidad de nuestros procesos y buscando la constante excelencia en nuestro servicio.
