Our client is an agency that specializes in leveraging influencer marketing strategies to captivate the Gen-Z audience. The core competency lies in crafting impactful campaigns through bite-sized content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat. They pride themselves on creating influential campaigns that forge deep connections with the target demographic.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Inbound Inquiries: Handle email inbox management for creator brand inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Lead Generation: Conduct outbound brand deal lead generation to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities.
• Deal Coordination: Work closely with creators to execute deals seamlessly from start to finish, ensuring all parties are aligned and satisfied.
• Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the deal process.
• Collaboration Outreach: Identify and reach out to creators for potential collaborations with brands, expanding our network and partnership opportunities.
• Contract Oversight: Oversee contract creation, negotiation, and signing, ensuring all agreements are thorough and favorable.
• Metrics and Reporting: Utilize tools to display metrics and provide key stakeholders with relevant data insights.
• Executive Reporting: Report daily progress to the executive team, ensuring they are kept informed of all activities and developments.
• Professionalism and Organization: Maintain a high level of professionalism and organization in all tasks and interactions.

Requirements:

• iPhone
• 5+ years of experience in influencer management
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized

Nice to Haves:

• Managerial experience
• Experience in creator management
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop (TT Shop)
