The Corporate Accounts Payable team in Buenos Aires is looking for an analyst to be based at the Corporate Center . You will manage a big volume of invoices for LATAM & CANADA and will be responsible to contribute towards achieving the accounts payable metrics, as defined in the service level agreement.

Key duties and accountabilities.

  • Booking of accounts payable invoices into our ERP
  • Provide correct and precise answers related accounts payable
  • Ensure all the requirements that our tax authority require in the invoices
  • Daily contact with different line of business
  • Analysis, investigation and follow up of documents related AP
  • Assist to the team in other activities related Accounts Payable

Qualifications

  • Student in Accounting or Business Management (advanced)
  • 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable (desirable)
  • Strong team work and collaborative skills
  • Knowledge in SAP, Concur & Ariba is a plus
  • MS Office (advanced)
  • Fluent English in both written and verbal (will be evaluated)
  • Service and detailed oriented
  • Ability to manage, prioritize & work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes
