As a Sales Development Representative at RedCloud, you will play a crucial role in driving our expansion by identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities. Youll be the frontline of our sales process, creating a strong first impression to our prospects, with the objective of developing leads that turn into sales.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify clients to contact via cold calling and email outreach.
  • Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone enquiries regarding RedCloud’s services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for sales growth and market penetration.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.
  • Utilize CRM tools to ensure standard processes are followed during lead generation activities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to gather information, spot trends and create new business possibilities.
  • Report on weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results and prepare strategies to align with goals.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, with a sense of responsibility and a strong motivation to achieve sales targets.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with the FMCG sector and emerging markets is a plus.
