About the client:

Our client, a small boutique wine farm located in country Australia, is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team remotely. They are passionate about producing high-quality wines and are dedicated to pushing their brand into the luxury market, targeting both B2C and B2B customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in the food and beverage sector and a focus on driving brand awareness, increasing sales, and growing their wine club membership.

About the role:

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote the wine farms products and services. You will work closely with the operations team to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and acquire new customers. You will be in charge of updating the website and ensuring top-notch SEO for the business. You will be required to take charge of all marketing efforts and push the team towards a marketing-integrated perspective.

Fluency in English is a must.

What you’ll be doing:

• Update and maintain the websites SEO using WordPress.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including website updates, SEO optimization, blog post writing, social media management, and email marketing.
• Create compelling ads on platforms such as Meta and Google to reach target audiences effectively.
• Generate engaging content for social media platforms and websites, including video and photo content sourced from service providers.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide ROI reports to track success and optimize future campaigns.
• Drive growth of the wine club through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience and basic understanding of WordPress
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the food and beverage or tourism industry.
• Proven experience in the food & beverage industry.
• Proficiency in website management, SEO, content creation, and social media marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Creative thinker with the ability to push brands into the luxury market.
• Experience in marketing campaign software like Mailchimp is required.
• Experience with video editing and Canva design is a plus.
• Fluent in English is a must.

Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Global

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm AEST

Holidays: Australian Local Holidays

Salary: AUD 2500 to AUD 2800 per month
