Job Description:
- Schedule Management: Coordinate with our staff and customers to manage the schedule of our technicians, ensuring timely service delivery.
- Technician Tracking: Utilize our company software system to keep track of the availability and location of our technicians, ensuring efficient deployment.
- Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with our customers and account managers, providing updates and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Customer Engagement: Establish value with both new and repeat customers, ensuring Ssatisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Communication Handling: Answer phones, emails, and various digital dispatching integrations, providing prompt assistance and routing inquiries to the appropriate channels.
- Service Booking: Work directly with customers to book a variety of services, ensuring accurate scheduling and alignment with customer needs.
- Customer Service: Maintain professional customer service standards when interacting with team members, partners, and customers, ensuring a positive experience for all involved.
- Three (3) years of experience in construction scheduling coordinator roles or any other related roles.
- Effectively and efficiently communicate with clients as well as team members
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to follow through on tasks.
- Proficient in computer skills with a fast typing speed (60 wpm).
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with a positive and energetic attitude.
- Demonstrates outstanding communication and time management abilities.
- Skilled at multitasking and adept at independently and swiftly solving problems.
