Overview:

Automatebnb, a subscription-based platform revolutionizing short-term rental operations, is in search of a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess 3-4 years of marketing experience, with proficiency in content marketing, copywriting, SEO, and Google Ads. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, along with a knack for adapting to a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive lead generation efforts, focusing on mid-sized property managers, through targeted marketing campaigns.

• Create engaging content and copy for various marketing channels to attract and engage our target audience.

• Implement SEO strategies to optimize website traffic and improve organic search rankings.

• Manage Google Ads campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive conversions.

• Collaborate closely with the team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and user needs.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

• Strong skills in content marketing, copywriting, SEO, and Google Ads.

• Ability to adapt to changes and thrive in a dynamic, ever-evolving startup culture.

• Excellent collaboration skills with a user-focused approach to marketing initiatives.

• Short-term rental experience is a plus

Budget:

• Compensation ranging from $1,500 to $2,000 per month, commensurate with experience level.

Lead Generation & Sales:

• Focus on direct outreach to mid-sized property managers as a key growth channel.
