Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Asesor/a de Citas para trabajar en nuestras sucursales de Caballito.

Algunos de tus objetivos serán:

  • Recepción de clientes presenciales en el concesionario, haciendo la correspondiente derivación al sector.
  • Transmitir cordialidad desde el primer contacto con el cliente.
  • Asignación de turnos para servicios, teniendo en cuenta la agenda diaria según el tipo de servicio.
  • Registro y gestión de reclamos de clientes.
  • Tareas administrativas generales inherentes al sector (gestión de traslados, tareas de archivo, distribución de correspondencia).

Requisitos:

  • Nos orientamos a perfiles con experiencia mínima de 2 años en el sector.
  • Marcada vocación de servicio y amabilidad en el trato.
  • Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas.
  • Experiencia en trabajos con procedimientos (preferentemente).
  • Disponibilidad horaria.

Profesionalizá tu experiencia trabajando en el concesionario N°1 de Toyota
