岗位职责：
1、根据规范的操作程序和标准，及时准确地审核西班牙语文本、音频等形式的内容。
2、收集、整理、汇总西班牙语地区用户生成的违规内容，优化审核标准。
3、收集西班牙语游戏用户反馈，与客服和公关团队有效协作，持续改善游戏社交环境。
4、处理西班牙语用户在线遇到的日常咨询和问题，确保及时准确地响应玩家问题，确保玩家满意度。
5、收集、总结、反馈西语地区用户的问题和建议。
6、与运营和产品团队合作，维护用户关系。

任职要求：
听说、读、写能力，熟悉西班牙风俗习惯，能以汉语为工作语言进行交流。
2、有相关经验者优先，具有优秀的沟通、组织、团队合作能力。
3、对游戏行业有热爱，有较强的用户服务意识，有快速解决问题的能力。
4、责任心强，以团队为导向，积极主动，乐观向上，能服从工作安排。
