EJECUTIVO COMERCIAL SR.

Broker de Seguros

Orientamos la búsqueda con una propuesta desafiante a un graduado o estudiante de Lic./Tec. en Seguros, Lic. en Administración de Empresas, Comercialización, Marketing y/o afines que acredite experiencia comercial en la gestión integral desarrollada en Brokers y Organizadores de Seguros (excluyente).

La posición tendrá como misión potenciar la cartera vigente, elaborar un plan para la detección de nuevos y potenciales clientes que permita generar una relación comercial de largo plazo mediante la implementación de estrategias comerciales a fin de lograr altos estándares de Excelencia. Identificar desvíos en los objetivos, proponer y acordar acciones y monitorear los resultados. Trabajar en conjunto con los equipos comerciales del Grupo estableciendo y cumpliendo objetivos claros de crecimiento. Brindar asesoramiento personalizado a Empresas sobre los productos. Gestionar reportes periódicos para presentar a la Dirección.

Conocimientos de Seguros Comerciales (Property, RC, Cauciones, ART y Vida) y masivos (Automotores, Hogar, AP).

Dominio de herramientas de visualización de datos (BI, Excel intermedio).

Manejo Inglés intermedio.

Privilegiaremos el espíritu proactivo, capacidad comercial y autogestión, con alto nivel de motivación. Muy buena habilidad negociadora. Excelente manejo de las relaciones interpersonales y de comunicación. Orientados a resultados, que aspiren al desarrollo de una carrera dinámica y en crecimiento dentro de la empresa.

Horario de trabajo: lunes a viernes.

Zona de la Empresa: Retiro. La función requiere disponibilidad para viajar al interior del país.
