Responsibilities: Who are you?

This Staff Accountant, Trust position at Virgin Pulse is responsible for the accurate and timely reconciliations of our trust bank accounts. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of trust accounting activities including reconciliations, funding, and check tracers.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:

• Reconciliation of trust bank accounts
• Communicate with clients for funding
• Calculation of commission revenue
• Void and reissuance of checks
• Assisting with positive pay and generating vendor remittance
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in Accounting/Finance
• Some experience with Bank Reconciliations or Trust Accounting

• NetSuite
  • Pulling proper reports for tasks on hand.
  • Commonly used: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Bank Reconciliation, AR/AP Aging Reports, CSV Uploads.
  • Consistently working with and learning new reports that may assist in creating a more efficient workflow.
• Hi-Tech
  • Pulling reports and other documents.
  • Commonly used: Invoices, Check Registers.
• Office 365
  • Utilizing Office 365 at best ability but continue to find improvements to improve workflows and productivities.
  • Commonly used: Excel, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, and Word
