Main Purpose

  • Drive business growth and optimize performance by co-creating business strategy, providing strategic insights, and leading field force deployment functions, all while fostering a digital mindset and prioritizing customer insights.

Your mission will be to

  • Co-create Business Strategy with the Brand Team, maximizing business opportunities and business performance.
  • Lead Marketing excellence processes, supporting Integrated Brand Plans, Omnichannel strategy, actitation plans and execution tracking.
  • Provide analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations to support business planning process, ensuring that there is a thorough understanding of the disease area, assets, customers, and competitors.
  • Identify key metrics to track performance and evaluate market opportunities based on deep understanding of competitive market dynamics.
  • Lead the design, implementation, execution and analytics of all field force deployment functions, including the uptake for the new digital channels. These functions will include Alignments, Targeting, Roster, Awards, field force deployment metrics, CLM, Call Planning design and Field Analytics.
  • Identify key research, data and information needs, designing and developing research/data analysis plan, and communicating actionable insights within product/disease area scope.
  • Drive field force productivity by maximizing our call capacity and customer reach, proposing creative tools, incentive schemes, techniques, capabilities and methods of increasing field force effectiveness and performance fostering the digital mindset.
  • Drive Insight Generation Process, being responsible for the customer challenge definition, as well activation plan and follow up. Identify short, mid and long term Customer Insight priorities.

Unlock your potential

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with Marketing graduate preferably
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Commercial experience with main focus on BI, Market Research, Sales and/or KAM (desirable). Marketing/product experience is a plus
  • Excellent domain of MS Offices and Power BI
  • Knowledge of both ambulatory and specialties/oncology market.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) plus command of local language
