Jr. Planner, AD Sales

How you will contribute to our magical experience?

The Junior Planner will play a vital role in providing administrative support to Planning and Adsales areas. This role will be responsible for various administrative responsibilities that include booking, maintaining, and confirming TV campaigns across various cable networks such as Star, FX, Nat Geo, ESPN, and Disney Channel across various Latin American markets. Tasks may include media campaign data entry, reconciliation, and proof of air through airchecks.

The Jr. Planner will be responsible for:

• Receipt and order entry of ESPN TV campaigns
• Coordinate insertion orders ensuring they are correct before booking, correct after booking, and communicating status to external parties.
• Track all booked revenue and ensuring reconciliation each week so what was ordered is being consumed correctly.
• Troubleshoot pre-emptions or inventory issues with the guidance of the Media planner or Account Executive.
• Generate campaign reports as necessary from the different systems
• Monthly TV account reconciliation and Reconciliation Letters signature on behalf of Disney
• Generate accurate weekly/monthly transmission reports to agency and clients.
• Develop and maintain Commercial Partnerships/Marketing knowledge.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

• Degree or Advanced Student Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of previous work experience
• Preferred Industries: Advertising
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge on basic research systems (TechEdge, IBOPE)
• Strong analytic and organizational planning skills.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and take direction to assure project completion
• Ability to anticipate team needs and respond accordingly.
