    En Entre Dos buscamos cubrir el puesto de Asistente Gerencia General.

    Sus principales tareas y responsabilidades serán:

    • Colaborar estrechamente con la gerencia general en la coordinación de llamadas, revisión de emails, preparación de eventos y otras tareas administrativas.
    • Coordinar eficientemente reuniones y viajes.
    • Tomar minutas precisas en reuniones clave y asegurar la implementación oportuna de acciones acordadas.
    • Facilitar la comunicación y la colaboración entre los diferentes departamentos y equipos internos.
    • Elaborar y gestionar documentos y archivos de la organización (informes, reportes, presentaciones, etc).
    • Generar informes y reportes específicos sobre objetivos, análisis y acciones correctivas.
    • Almacenar y proteger la documentación confidencial de la dirección, como datos financieros y legales.

    Las condiciones y requisitos generales son:

    • Lic. Administración de Empresas; Marketing; Comercialización y afines.
    • Disponibilidad full-time.
    • Excel avanzado-intermedio.
    • Planillas de datos.
    • Disponibilidad para viajar. Movilidad propia (excluyente).
    • Proactividad; trabajo en equipo; análisis de datos.
    • Conocimiento en mercado de consumo masivo; industrias alimenticias.
