About the Position:

As a Medical Sales Consultant, you will work with prospective patients and education them on various medical treatments, medications, and procedures. Your goal will be to help each prospective patient set an appointment with the medical office. This role operates at the intersection of medicine and sales, given the educational and performance-driven natures of the opportunity. Reporting to the office manager, you will work alongside a dedicated team of remote and onsite medical administrative professionals. This role focuses on multiple specialties including womens health, weight loss, and mens health and is based all over the US.

We are particularly interested in candidates who possess near-native fluency in both English and Spanish, as many of our patients primarily speak Spanish.

Janie Health offers health allowances, bonuses, and annual off-site events for our remote team members. Salary for this role ranges from $7 / hour to $9 / hour depending on experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell various medications and treatments to interested patients (always warm / inbound leads)
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing patients.
• Build trust with patients and answer all relevant medical and product related questions
• Provide telehealth consultations to patients covering medical topics including mens health, testosterone, urology, womens health, weight loss, and more
• Take inbound calls and appointments to help answer medical questions for patients and provide treatment recommendations
• Follow up with patients who expressed interest in learning more

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical field
• Must have excellent English and Spanish
• Excellent communication and empathy - able to make people feel comfortable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong results and goal orientation, be hungry and motivated to succeed
• Previous experience in healthcare is preferred but not required
