Introduction:

Avanade’s Talent Acquisition team hires on average over 5,000 people per year, across 26 countries and 11 languages. The TA Governance Administrator provides governance oversight to the recruiters, ensuring we are following process and policies to mitigate risks as we deliver against Avanade’s growing business needs.

Come join us:

As a member of the TA Go Global Operations Team, you will join a team of top-notch professionals providing support to Avanade’s Talent Acquisition team across 26 countries. As TA Governance Administrator, you will empower TA by providing structure, direction, and accountability, ensuring TA is compliant with Avanade policies and local laws. Additionally, you’ll work with external vendors to evaluate services and onboard them through the procurement process..

What you’ll do:

  • Provide global TA program oversight, identifying and mitigating risks, and reinforcing global compliance and governance
  • Partner with Avanade IT, Information Security, Data Privacy and Legal teams to develop global compliance strategies, standards, and procedures
  • Create and monitor dashboards to ensure recruiters are compliant with Avanade policies
  • Support onboarding new vendors by taking them through the Global Legal Review and Procurement processes
  • First point of contact within TA for security incidents and audits

Skills and experiences:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to integrate legal requirements into TA process, with the ability to discern must have vs nice to have requirements
  • Cross-cultural and cross-functional communication skills
  • Ability to organize and convey complex information clearly and succinctly
  • Previous experience with employment law, HR and/or Talent Acquisition

About you:

You’re a process-oriented with previous experience in program governance within a global organization.

Although you’re a team player, you have a solid history of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor towards organization-wide objectives.

You thrive in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed environment, and are comfortable forming relationships with key stakeholders in a complex matrix company.
