Contribuir al correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas internos de Nobis y a las mejoras implementadas en

los sistemas.

  • Brindar soporte a toda la organización para promover el correcto uso de los sistemas.

Soporte:

  • Conocer y aplicar los procedimientos establecidos por el sistema de gestión de calidad para el área.
  • Gestionar dudas y resolver consultas de los usuarios.
  • Relevar errores, identificar el problema que los origina y realizar tratamiento para erradicarlo.
  • Proponer acciones para mitigar la incidencia y hacer seguimiento de esos (internos y de cara al proveedor) y ofrecer mejoras.
  • Analizar problemáticas en los procesos relacionados con el uso del sistema de gestión.
    • Colaborar con la importación de datos en forma masiva, generando la limpieza en la base de datos e implantando acciones preventivas.

Implementación:

  • Implementar nuevos sistemas, funcionalidades y desarrollo.
    • Documentación y registro de las actualizaciones.

Capacitación:

  • Capacitar sobre funciones actuales a los usuarios.
  • Capacitar sobre nuevas funciones.
