Description and Requirements

Lenovo is looking for a Software Support Intern to join our Buenos Aires Service Center, to develop in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Responsabilities:

  • Assisting customers who have already purchased.
  • Answering post-sale questions, order status, declined payment inquiries.

This is an opportunity to enter the world of Software on a part-time basis, in a professional work environment with opportunities for advancement. Extensive benefits, including company-paid training are included.

Requirements:

  • Studying Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Communication or related field.
  • Skills: Driven, proactive, possitive attitude, problem solving, adaptability, team work.
  • Fluent English mandatory.
