Diseñar los manuales y presentaciones. Realizar el seguimiento del control de ventas impactadas en sistema de la compañía....

Objetivo del puesto:

Dar soporte al equipo comercial de canales. Dar asistencia y soporte al mantenimiento de las actividades de los diferentes canales: F2F, Telemarketing o digital, interactuando con el resto de las áreas internas de la compañía, partners comerciales y proveedores.

Funciones:

  • Diseñar los manuales y presentaciones.
  • Realizar la gestión de procesos end to end del área para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento y dar respuesta al cumplimiento de las diferentes auditorías
  • Realizar el seguimiento del control de ventas impactadas en sistema de la compañía.
  • Completar la información necesaria de productos para solicitar su carga en el sistema correspondiente.
  • Colaborar con el seguimiento de audios de venta para garantizar la calidad de los mismos.
  • Enviar información a partners comerciales y proveedores.
  • Realizar visitas presenciales a canales de venta y participar en el diseño y dictado de capacitación.
  • Atender consultas y requerimientos regionales.
  • Confeccionar reportes e informes.
