Job Description & Summary

Como Senior Associate, trabajarás como parte de un equipo dentro de Human Capital. Donde tus tareas principales serán las siguientes:

  • Ejecución de procesos y planes de acción planificados por la dirección de Capital Humano.
  • Reporting: análisis de resultados, liderazgo de focus groups, propuestas de mejora.
  • Análisis de evaluaciones de compensación y desempeño
    • Participación en reuniones con líderes locales e internacionales.


Requisitos:

  • Inglés avanzado (EXCLUYENTE).
  • Estudiantes avanzados o graduados de las carreras de RRHH, RRLL, y/o afines.
  • Contar con al menos 2 años de experiencia en roles similares (excluyente)
  • Conocimiento avanzado de Excel, Google Sheet (excluyente)
  • POWER BI y Workady ( deseable)
  • Comprender la importancia de la correcta gestión de la información
  • Conocimiento en seguridad de la información y protección de datos
  • Correcta gestión de la seguridad de la información
