Recepcionar las llamadas telefónicas de los Prestadores y de los Socios para los casos autorizaciones y derivaciones....
En Grupo OMINT nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Asesor/a para sumarse al sector de Atención a proveedores en nuestra sede central.
La misión de su rol es recepcionar llamados y administrar los casos del Centro de Atención al Prestador, con el fin de alcanzar el nivel de atención establecido por la compañía, a nivel nacional.
Nos orientamos a personas con experiencia en el rubro de salud (preferentemente), perfil proactivo, dinámico, empático, con vocación de servicio y cuyo propósito esté alineado con el de nuestra organización, CUIDAR A LAS PERSONAS .
¿Cuáles son las principales responsabilidades de tu rol?
- Recepcionar las llamadas telefónicas de los Prestadores y de los Socios para los casos autorizaciones y derivaciones.
- Realizar la carga de los casos recibidos vía telefónica, correo electrónico, audix, etc. en el sistema de CRM.
- Resolver los casos recibidos en los plazos establecidos por la compañía.
- Participar en la organización de eventos para prestadores.
