¿Cuáles son las principales responsabilidades?

• Capacitación de nuevos clientes de plataformas SaaS - Bejerman Web
• Apoyo y seguimiento a clientes durante el primer año.
• Armado de materiales para el portal de ayuda de capacitación.
• Informar sobre el uso que el cliente realiza del producto.
• Desarrollar recomendaciones para mejorar la satisfacción del cliente

Requisitos de la posición:

• Estudiantes o Graduados de Cs. Económicas.
• Conocimientos de Office, especialmente Excel
• Tener experiencia laboral en estudios contables o posiciones de administración
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal
• Poseer fuerte orientación al cliente
• Capacidad de organización, gestión del tiempo y capacidad analítica.
