En Ecolab nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Analista de Cuentas a Pagar para sumarse al departamento de help desk, dentro del Global Business Services de la compañía.

La persona que buscamos será responsable de proporcionar el servicio de backoffice de Cuentas a Pagar a las Entidades de Ecolab bajo el ámbito de GBS.

El rol incluye estas actividades clave:

  • Cumplir con las políticas, procesos y valores de Ecolab.

  • Ejecutar el procesamiento de las facturas de proveedores a nuestros sistemas.

  • Realizar actividades de forma independiente, tener conocimiento del proceso.

  • Apoyar a la organización en la actualización y mejoras de los procedimientos.

  • Convertirse en el punto focal para los nuevos miembros del equipo después de la incorporación de nuevos asociados.

Requerimientos excluyentes:

  • Graduado o estudiante de los últimos años de Contador Público, Administración de Empresas, o afines (Excluyente);

  • 1 a 2 años de experiencia previa en Cuentas a Pagar;

  • Inglés Avanzado (Excluyente);

  • Conocimiento de SAP, Oracle y Power BI serán valorados;

  • Experiencia en Shared Services será valorada.

  • Residir en CABA o GBA.
