Principales responsabilidades:
Coordinar y dar seguimiento del embarque end to end manteniendo al cliente informado durante todo el proceso.

Detectar y resuelver excepciones de forma proactiva mitigando desvíos.

Mantener constante comunicación con oficinas del exterior quienes deben tomar acción sobre embarques y documentación.

Solicitar GL al cliente y envía a las oficinas de origen para la ejecución de los embarques.

Desarrollar estrecha relación con su cartera de clientes.

Participar en reuniones con el cliente.

Velar por el cumplimiento de los tiempos pactados con el cliente y los KPI Internos.

Proponer y promueve la mejora continua.

Controlar, aprueba y emite de documentación del embarque.

Asegurar la correcta alocación de costos a los files controlando y aprobando las facturas de los proveedores

Controlar que las tarifas del sistema sean las acordadas con el cliente.

Realizar el GP control de los embarques garantizando que el GP sea el esperado.

Emitir las facturas al cliente y se asegura que las mismas sean enviadas en tiempo y forma.

Realizar control de los files y los pasa a CMP para su posterior cierre.

Cumplir con los lineamientos del sistema de gestión de calidad y medio ambiente.

Habilidades y conocimientos:
Marcada vocación de servicio

Trabajo en equipo

Actitud proactiva

Estudios: Licenciado en Comercio Internacional o Estudiante Avanzado.

Idiomas: Muy buen dominio del idioma Inglés: oral y escrito.

Conocimientos de importación / exportación.

Conocimiento de Cargo Wise (no excluyente)
