Job Description

Account Executive/ Store Influencer - Córdoba

Do you want to promote our global brands? Are you interested in creating and negotiating plans that foster shared value for our buyers, clients and company?

Description:

The PSR is responsible for delivering a sustained competitive advantage for Pampers at Baby Stores. This is accomplished by building a long-lasting relationship between Pampers and the Store Owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit Baby Stores regularly to motivate and build the relationship with the Store Owners.

  • Develop the capability of being a Pampers Expert, so as to clear any doubts might come across and become loyal to the brand.

  • Be the eyes of Pampers in the street: PSR must tell the Category Leader what needs to be done to win so as to plan consequently, as well as tracking prices, promotions and KBD’s of the channel.

  • Increase demand for Pampers products by influencing the Stores strategic consumer direction and creating a collaborative environment where consumer focused business plans are developed, implemented, and measured, which improves operating results.

  • Availability to travel (with low frequency) throughout Cordoba surroundings and other provinces.

  • Advanced knowledge or experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Social Media apps.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Eligible to work in Argentina (Córdoba).

  • Experience (approximately 2-3 years) in account loyalty management.

  • Valid drivers license.

  • Proven ability to communicate English (written and spoken).

  • Clear ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Proficient in Excel & Microsoft Office package.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Ability to work reciprocally across functions.

  • Focus on detail and process controls.

  • Collaborate with teams to identify reporting needs and drive insights.

  • Analyze and interpret data for reporting purposes.

  • Advanced proficiency in data manipulation and analysis.
