Part-time Call Center Agent - Sales Oriented

We are seeking a dynamic Part-time Call Center Agent with a strong focus on sales. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and persuading them to make purchases or sign up for services. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers based on provided leads or lists.

Present and explain product/service features and benefits to potential customers.

Actively listen to customer needs and tailor sales pitches to match their requirements.

Handle objections and address concerns effectively to close sales.

Accurately maintain records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
