Desarrollar a los asesores en las tareas del callcenter. Monitorear y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de las distintas campañas....
Algunas de tus funciones serán:
- Desarrollar a los asesores en las tareas del callcenter.
- Monitorear y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de las distintas campañas.
- Confeccionar Evaluaciones de Desempeño del equipo.
- Elaborar planes de acción para asegurar buena performance.
- Detectar e implementar oportunidades de mejoras tanto en los procesos como en los productos.
- Brindar feedback a los asesores y hacer seguimiento (métricas).
- Controlar reportes y status de objetivos.
- Realizar escuchas On line de grabaciones de agentes.
- Formación en Ciencias económicas, Administración de empresas, Comunicación Social o afines (No excluyente).
- Experiencia en conducción de equipos de trabajo de Call center.
- Manejo de distintas redes sociales.
- Manejo de software ERP.
- Manejo de Office, nivel intermedio.
Horarios de trabajo: Lunes a Viernes de 12:00 a 21:00 y Sábados de 9:00 a 13:00. Se ofrece:
- Modalidad Híbrida.
- Horario de trabajo: L a V de 12.00 a 21.00 hs. Sábados Home Office.
- Remuneración acorde a responsabilidades.
- Modalidad de contratación “Relación de dependencia por tiempo indeterminado”.
